Tucked away in the charming coastal village of Bembridge, the house offers a peaceful escape with access to both private and communal gardens — ideal for outdoor play or a quiet morning coffee.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 – King bed with sea views and garden outlook

• Bedroom 2 – Double bed, cosy and light-filled

• Bedroom 3 – Twin beds, perfect for kids or friends

• Bedroom 4 – Bunk beds, great for younger guests

There are two bathrooms:

• One with a bath, shower, toilet and basin

• Another with a shower, toilet and basin
  Plus, there’s a handy downstairs WC for added convenience.

The living room is warm and welcoming, with plenty of seating, a smart TV, and space to unwind after a day at the beach. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped for group meals, with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

🎯 Lower Ground Floor & Storage

On the lower ground floor, the garage offers secure storage for bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards — and doubles as a games space with a table tennis table and dart board, perfect for family fun.

Step out into the private rear garden, a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You’ll also have access to communal green spaces — ideal for kids to run around or a relaxed afternoon in the sun.
